Terms of Service

By creating an Athletos account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Athletos.

Provide accurate information. Misrepresenting your identity, training history, or PRs to mislead other athletes can result in account suspension.

You own the content you post: pursuits, marks, plans, comments, profile copy.

By posting, you grant Athletos a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and adapt that content for the purposes of running the service (rendering it on profiles, surfacing it in feeds, generating share images).

You can delete content at any time. Deleted content is removed from active systems within 30 days.

Don't post anything illegal, infringing, harassing, or abusive.

Don't fabricate marks or PRs to deceive other athletes. Athletos relies on a verification-tier system; misrepresenting tier signals undermines the trust the platform is built on.

Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Don't use Athletos to send unsolicited messages or spam other athletes.

Athletos plans, pacing, and recommendations are general fitness guidance, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you have underlying conditions.

Train within your capability. We're not responsible for injuries that result from training decisions you make on or off the platform.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation policies are surfaced at the point of purchase.

We don't issue retroactive refunds for unused subscription time except where required by law.

Athletos, the wordmark, the laurel mark, and the product surface are owned by us. Don't copy or reproduce them without permission.

You can delete your account from Settings at any time.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose harm to other athletes on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athletos isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be surfaced in the app. Continued use of Athletos after changes means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
