The short answers.

What's the difference between Athletos and Strava?
Strava is past-tense kudos on completed activities. Athletos is future-tense commitments toward goals. Different verbs, different surfaces, different communities. The two work fine alongside each other, and Athletos pulls your Strava activity in when you connect it.
Is this for runners or lifters?
Both, and the people who do both. The wedge is the cross-modal coaching engine: run, lift, capacity, and mobility periodized together as one plan. If you only run, the plan adapts. If you only lift, same. If you do both, the plan stops feeling stitched together.
Do I need a wearable to use Athletos?
No. Athletos works with check-ins (sleep, soreness, energy) and your logged sessions. When you connect a wearable, the readiness signal sharpens, the volume chart pulls in real activity, and the plan tunes faster. You can connect later from settings.
What happens to my data if I unsubscribe?
You can export everything as JSON or ICS at any time from settings. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days. We don't sell it, ever.
When do iOS and Android apps ship?
The web app is available now and works as a PWA on iOS and Android (add to home screen, full-screen, native feel). Native apps are on the roadmap once the wedge has signal. We'd rather ship one great surface than three half-built ones.
How is my training data used?
To make your plan better. To compute your readiness. To suggest race-mates chasing what you're chasing. Aggregated and anonymized data may inform product decisions; identifiable data stays yours. Full policy at /legal/privacy.
