Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Consumer health data we collect

• Heart rate, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, pace and power from workouts
• Sleep duration and quality
• VO2max, fitness and fatigue, readiness, and other scores we calculate from these
• Weight, height, date of birth, sex and injury notes
• Meals, drinks, caffeine and electrolytes
• Habits you track that relate to your health

Where it comes from

From you, from your devices and apps through intervals.icu, and from your coach if you allow them to edit your plan.

Why we collect and use it

To provide the features you ask for: readiness, training plans and paces, fueling targets, progress charts, notifications, and sending workouts to your watch. We ask for your consent before collecting consumer health data, except where it's needed to provide a feature you've requested. You can turn health data off anytime in Settings, under Privacy.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that process it on our behalf: Supabase (our database), Vercel (hosting), intervals.icu (connecting your devices) and, for AI features you use, Anthropic.
• People you choose, as your privacy settings allow: your coach, your connections and members of competitions you join. We ask before sharing, and you can change it anytime.
• We don't sell consumer health data or share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Your rights

You can confirm whether we hold your consumer health data, see it along with the list of third parties we've shared it with, delete it, and withdraw consent. Download or delete your data in Settings, under Your data. Turn health data off or delete imported health data in Settings, under Privacy. Or email info@athletos.fit. We respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision; if we deny the appeal, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General.
