The service
Athletos, operated by Silvia Ventures LLC, helps you manage your training, nutrition, and recovery in one place. It is provided as-is while we build: features may change, and things may occasionally break. We work hard to keep your data safe and the app honest. You must be 13 or older to use Athletos.
Not medical advice
Training guidance, readiness scores, and fueling targets are computed from published sports-science guidelines and your own data. They are informational, not medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making health decisions, and never ignore how your body actually feels.
Your data
Your data is yours. See the Privacy Policy and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for what we collect, who can see it, and how to download or delete it.
Fair use
Do not abuse the service, attempt to access other athletes' data, or use Athletos for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
